Because Mood and Motion Therapy includes licensed therapists and associate therapists practicing under clinical supervision, your information may be discussed among members of your treatment team when necessary to provide quality care. We may also share information with other healthcare providers involved in your care when appropriate and permitted by law to help ensure continuity and quality of care.

Please do not submit medical records, diagnoses, treatment information, insurance details, or other sensitive health information through website forms, email, or online chat unless specifically instructed to do so through a secure platform.

For matters involving your treatment, records, or confidential communications, please contact our office directly.

Clients who utilize secure third-party platforms such as Headway, SimplePractice, insurance portals, or secure client portals may communicate through those systems in accordance with their privacy and security safeguards.
