I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with an M.A in Marriage and Family Therapy and a B.A in Behavioral Science. I enjoy working with teens, adults, and young couples navigating anxiety, disorganized eating, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, and relational challenges. I am passionate about supporting clients through major life changes such as entering adulthood, relational transitions, and family changes.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented, grounded in the belief that meaningful change occurs within a strong therapeutic relationship. I strive to create a thoughtful, supportive space where clients feel deeply understood while gaining tools to navigate life with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.

My work is trauma-informed and integrates evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and person-centered approaches. I value holistic wellness and incorporate a mind-body perspective to support sustainable growth and healing.

Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy reading, traveling, and spending quality time with my loved ones.
